Culinary Fusion specializes in the placement of the yachting professional. From fulltime to freelance, from chef to engineer, we will determine your needs and with through interviewing find qualified candidates to fill that position.
Our qualified staff possesses knowledge that is gained only through years and years of solid experience in the yachting and service industry. We understand what it takes to keep the Captain, the Owner, and the Crew happy, and we will exceed any and all of your expectations.
In our unique interviewing technique, the chefs, prepare their "cooking interview" typically consisting of three-course luncheon. Guests may be captains, brokers or various other industry experts. Stewards or stewardesses often serve the meal. This allows us to observe first hand the preparation, organization, attitude and cuisine of the candidate.
